Carolin Ayres

Associate

Carolin is an Associate in the Commercial & Banking Litigation team. She advises clients across a range of sectors in relation to complex commercial disputes.

Carolin's experience includes litigation in the English courts and international commercial arbitration under the ICC, LCIA and UNCITRAL Rules of Arbitration.

Prior to joining RPC in January 2021, Carolin trained and practised at an American law firm in London where she represented clients across a diverse range of industries (including energy, shipping, healthcare and banking) in commercial, civil fraud and insolvency disputes.
