Harriet's experience across restructuring and insolvency matters includes litigation, administrations and liquidations. She advises a range of stakeholders in respect of disputes arising out of distressed and insolvent situations.

Harriet also has experience of directors duties advice and asset sales, working on transactions in a variety of sectors.
