Heather advises on a range of complex and high-value commercial and financial disputes.

Heather provides commercial advice to individuals and corporations to guide them through the litigation process and help them successfully resolve disputes within their businesses.  She is experienced in litigating high-value civil fraud claims, breach of contract claims and banking claims in the High Court and the Court of Appeal. 

Heather also has experience in alternative dispute resolution including meditation and domestic and international arbitration.

Prior to joining RPC, Heather trained and qualified at a leading commercial firm in Scotland.  Heather has spent time working within the legal teams at two financial services organisations and has also undertaken an international secondment.
