Associate

Helen is an Associate in the Cyber & Tech Insurance team.

After some initial experience in providing general data protection advice, Helen is now a member of the award-winning Cyber & Tech Insurance team at RPC focusing on all aspects of cyber breach response and technology litigation.

Helen's work includes providing advice to a wide range of clients following a cyber breach from SMEs to multinational corporations. In addition to providing advice, Helen is able to assist with drafting notifications to regulators (including the ICO and NCSC) and data subjects as required under the UK GDPR.

Following a cyber incident, Helen has experience assisting clients with data subject claims and contractual disputes. 

Helen has experience working on tech disputes and advising insurers in respect of coverage issues.
