Rory advises clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious issues, with a particular focus on enforcement and protection of intellectual property rights and the successful resolution of technology disputes.

He has assisted clients ranging from Big Tech to startups to obtain optimal outcomes both in and out of court, working with clients from a broad variety of industries, including the software development, IT, cryptocurrency, healthcare, and gambling industries. Rory's advice has a solid grounding in litigation experience as he regularly advises clients on proceedings before the High Court (including the Technology and Construction Court and Chancery Division) and Intellectual Property Enterprise Court.

Rory previously spent six months in Hong Kong advising on commercial disputes which often involved cross-border litigation or arbitration.
