RPC advises H.W. International B.V on the disposal of its North American operations

International law firm RPC has supported H.W. International B.V. on its disposal of Hugh Wood Inc. (U.S.) and Hugh Wood Canada Limited to Risk Strategies. RPC advised on U.K. aspects of the transaction. 

Commenting on the instruction, RPC Partner, James Mee, said, "We have worked with the leadership team across the wider business for several years, and it was great to be able to support them and their other advisers on this multi-jurisdictional deal."
