Jasprit is an Associate in RPC's Tax Disputes team.
Jasprit advises individual and corporate clients on a broad range of contentious tax matters involving both direct and indirect tax across a wide spectrum of sectors.
Jasprit has extensive experience representing clients - from advising on and managing HMRC enquiries and investigations through to representing clients in litigation proceedings (having appeared before the First-tier Tax Tribunal, Upper Tribunal, Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court).
Jasprit's expertise also covers advising on and managing high profile and complex large group actions worth hundreds of millions to advising on general anti-facilitation of tax evasion compliance.
