Laura Sponti

Associate

Laura is an associate in both the Construction and Wordings teams.

She is experienced in defending professional indemnity claims against a broad range of construction professionals including:

• Architects and designers;
• Surveyors;
• Valuers;
• Real estate agents; and
• Contractors

Laura also has experience of advising insurers in relation to coverage issues and policy responses. 

Laura completed a year-long secondment with one of the firm's insurer clients in their internal policy wordings team. 

Laura gained valuable experience working with in-house counsel and underwriters to develop new products and endorsements. Laura also worked on a large scale project developing insurance products for the European market.

In addition to assisting insurers on policy wording projects, Laura also offers support through a BAU facility in relation to endorsements, bespoke agreements and insurance advice.
