RPC advises the shareholders of Wireless Social on its acquisition by The Access Group

International law firm RPC has advised the shareholders of Wireless Social Holdings Limited (Wireless Social) as it becomes part of Access Hospitality, a division of The Access Group. 

Wireless Social is a leading provider of guest Wi-Fi, analytics and marketing solutions to the UK hospitality sector. The integration of Wireless Social’s technology with Access Hospitality's solutions will offer customers deeper insight and understanding of guest demographics, enabling operators to better target and personalise offers for customers, in real-time.

The RPC deal team was led by Partner Jeremy Cunningham, supported by Partner Joshua Charalambous, Senior Associate Josh Smith and Associate Robert Eccles.
