Josh is a commercial, disputes and sports lawyer who supports clients on contentious and non-contentious issues involving sports, retail, IP, technology and insurance matters.
Josh's contentious experience includes High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court claims as well as mediation, arbitration and other forms of ADR. On the non-contentious side, Josh advises clients on sponsorship/endorsement arrangements, brand protection, licensing, and commercial contracts.
Josh's sports law practice includes acting on commercial and regulatory disputes, disciplinary and governance issues.
He has authored a number of articles for LawInSport and Sweet & Maxwell's Entertainment Law Review on legal issues in sport and IP.
Josh also advises on coverage, monitoring, defence, pursuit and policy wordings in IP, sports and technology insurance matters and has spent time on secondment to the claims team of a major global insurer.
