Josh is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team.
Josh advises strategic clients (both domestic and major European and international businesses) on highly-complex private M&A transactions. He focusses on the technology, media and telecommunications space, but also has strong experience across the industrials, consumer and financial services sectors.
As well as private M&A, Josh's practice encompasses joint ventures, private equity transactions, fundraisings and other general corporate advice.
