We provide a full spectrum of advice from policy interpretation and coverage (including fraudulent claims), to defence of property liability claims and recoveries.
We have expertise in dealing with a broad range of first- and third-party property covers including commercial combined, property owners, Operational PFI , Master/Local, CAR and household insurance.
We have sector-specific experience including property owners, manufacturing, infrastructure, hotels and leisure, renewable energy, fine art & jewellers block.
A significant proportion of our work is international in nature (predominantly Western Europe) dealing with losses suffered by UK-domiciled multinationals advising on coverage issues under Master/Local policies, defence of liability claims and multi-jurisdictional recoveries.
We have the size and scale to handle multiple complex claims at any one time and with offices in London and Bristol are able to offer cost-effective legal services.

Advising on double insurance in respect of cover provided under a buildings policy, two CAR and two Public Liability policies.
We are currently advising on 15 claims under the Insurance Act 2015, including "reckless" non-disclosure; the application of Section 11 in practice, and premium re-calculation.
We represented Inter Hannover in its successful defence of a fire claim under a residential let policy: Ashfaq v International Insurance Co of Hannover Plc [2017] EWCA Civ 357.
We are defending a multi-million Euro liability class action arising out of a catastrophic fire which destroyed a Retail Park in Portugal.
