Stephen sits within RPC's dedicated Property & Casualty Team. He specialises in handling complex insurance disputes involving property damage, casualty claims and losses arising in construction, engineering and industrial settings.

Stephen has broad experience acting for insurers and policyholders, pursuing subrogated recoveries and as defence counsel. 

He also advises on insurance cover arising under various policy forms, including CAR, ISR, property, business interruption and liability wordings. 

Stephen's clients benefit from his keen attention to detail, strong commercial mindset and quick grasp of strategy. 

He is a committed and pragmatic advocate and has experience across a variety of dispute resolution forums, including pre-action, mediation, litigation and arbitration proceedings.
