Senior Associate

Anita's practice focuses on commercial litigation, regulatory investigations and employment matters.

Anita has represented clients in company-related and contractual disputes, shareholders and boardroom disputes, breach of fiduciary duties claims, cyber/email frauds, bankruptcy/insolvency and restructuring matters. She also has a strong interest in employment law and has represented listed companies, international corporations and high net worth individuals in contentious and non-contentious employment-related matters.

On the regulatory side, Anita has experience in providing on-site assistance and legal advice to clients during dawn raids by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC). 

Anita has secondment experience in the Hong Kong office of a multinational technology company specialising in e-commerce.

Prior to joining RPC, Anita trained and worked at an international law firm in Hong Kong.

Anita is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
