Annabella offers a broad range of commercial disputes services in the areas of commercial litigation, arbitration, insurance advisory and defence and regulatory investigations and enforcements.

Annabella's experience in corporate and commercial disputes include representing multinational corporations and listed companies in contractual disputes, property and construction disputes, insolvency, asset-tracing claims, recovery actions and interlocutory injunctions (in particular asset freezing and disclosure orders).

Annabella has represented clients in domestic and international arbitrations under the major institutional rules including ICC, HKIAC, SIAC, CIETAC, LMAA Terms and UNCITRAL.

Annabella regularly advises leading international insurance companies on policy and coverage issues on claims for a wide range of insurable interests. Annabella has also defended professionals such as accountants and solicitors in negligence claims.

Annabella also has experience advising on regulatory investigations and/or requests from the Securities and Futures Commission, Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Independent Commission Against Corruption and US Securities and Exchange Commission. The underlying issues included market misconduct, bribery and corruption, cyber fraud and data breaches.
