Armani is an associate in the Commercial Disputes team, with experience in litigation, arbitration, regulatory investigation and advisory work.

Armani has dealt with a broad range of dispute resolution and advisory matters involving re/insurance, regulatory investigations (financial institutions and audit firms), cross-border cyber fraud, intellectual property rights, data breaches, employment issues, professional negligence, liquidator claims, and shareholder disputes. She has assisted international clients from multifarious industries, including major banks, asset management companies, web3 companies, crypto investors, semiconductor companies, app developers, consulting firms, re/insurance companies, accounting firms, law firms, liquidators, shareholders, and creditors.

Armani joined RPC as a trainee solicitor in 2021.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She also complemented her legal education by studying at The University of California, Berkeley in the USA and Tsinghua University in China. She speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
