Ben is an expert in real estate litigation, and typically acts for real estate investors, corporate occupiers, and insurers. Whilst most of his work is directly related to the UK real estate sector, he also acts for a number of global businesses, and many of his matters contain an international aspect. He is a member of Middle Temple and the Property Litigation Association.
