Chun Kai Yap is a litigation and arbitration lawyer, specialising in commercial, civil, and employment disputes.
Chun Kai is an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. He has acted for both local and international clients in complex civil and commercial disputes before all levels of the Singapore Courts. Apart from his litigation portfolio, Chun Kai also has experience in arbitration proceedings administered by the SIAC and the LCIA rules.Chun Kai has acted for clients in matters pertaining to shareholder disputes, breaches of directors' duties, minority oppression and construction contracts. He also has specialist knowledge on employment law and is well versed to represent clients in employment matters.
