Liz is an Associate in our Construction Team and acts for claimants and defendants in construction professional indemnity disputes

Liz has significant experience in acting for insurers having undertaken two client secondments with leading global insurance companies.

Liz has acted in disputes for insurers and their insureds in construction and professional indemnity disputes at all stages of the dispute resolution process, from pre-action through to trial. Liz has also advised on complex insurance policy coverage issues.
