Senior Associate

Helen is a Senior Associate in the Professional & Financial Risks team.

Helen concentrates her practice on defending claims against professionals including solicitors, barristers, insolvency practitioners, accountants and valuers.  She helps clients deal with complex, high value claims arising out of a diverse range of subject matters, including property transactions, tax planning and failed litigation.  Clients also seek Helen's advice in relation to regulatory investigations and disciplinary proceedings.  

Helen is well-versed in High Court and Commercial Court litigations and also has experience resolving disputes by way of mediation, both in person and remotely.  She is a great strategic thinking and tactician, and clients value her pragmatic approach.

Before joining RPC, Helen was a Senior Associate at a large international law firm.
