Senior Associate

An experienced Senior Associate providing assistance to insurers in the defence of claims brought against construction professionals. He also advises on insurance coverage issues.

James has successfully acted for clients in many mediations and negotiations concerning construction related disputes. He has also defended cases to trial both at first instance and Court of Appeal level.

Prior to becoming a solicitor, he worked for a Lloyd's insurance broker and is therefore well acquainted with the specific requirements of acting for insurers.
