“I’m straightforward and dependable, with strong people skills and a desire to get to know people.”

“For me, the attraction of insurance is the wide range of matters, organisations, and individuals we work with on a day-to-day basis.

I work on matters from inception through to settlement – working, establishing, and seeing through the necessary strategy to obtain the best, most desirable outcomes for insurers and their broker clients or insureds.

I’m straightforward and dependable, with strong people skills and a desire to get to know people on an individual level.

I’m also conscientious about client service. That means always providing clear and concise written advice, making timely telephone calls, always being available for queries, and meeting in person whenever possible.”

Jamie’s recent work highlights:

Challenged a third-party policy position, with the third party seeking to exclude almost all damage to the property, in order to achieve a larger recovery than reserved for.

Carried out an extensive quantum exercise to evidence a series of losses which lacked adequate support in order to obtain a highly competitive settlement in a high value multiple claimant and defendant matter.

Subsidence mitigation: liaised with Council representatives in relation to trees impacting a terrace of houses in London in order to reach a resolution to abate the ongoing nuisance and damage.
