Katie is a skilled Responsible Business professional with over six years of experience in DEIB and Corporate Responsibility in a number of sectors including; law, investment banking and financial technology.
Katie started at RPC in early 2021, responsible for the internal Inclusion and Diversity programme at the firm which included running RPC's eight inclusion and diversity communities (covering gender, disability, ethnicity, mental health, families, social mobility, LGBT+ and belief) and weaving inclusive and diverse strategies throughout the whole employee lifecycle. Katie also supported in running the firms charity and pro bono programme. Katie has recently transitioned into a role at RPC collaborating with and supporting clients on their ESG journey.Katie is academically qualified in Responsible Business and Business Management holding an MSc in Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability (Distinction) from Birkbeck College, The University of London.
