Lindsay Warwick is an expert in media law with over 15 years' experience working both in-house for a leading global news publisher as well as in private practice.

An experienced litigator, Lindsay specialises in acting for clients involved in defamation, privacy, data and other media claims.

Before joining RPC, Lindsay was Deputy Head of the Editorial Legal Department at leading national and international news publisher, Associated Newspapers whose titles include the Daily Mail, Mail on Sunday, MailOnline, DailyMail.Com, Metro, the i and the New Scientist. 

In her previous role Lindsay worked closely with Associated Newspapers' journalists and editors advising pre-publication on ground-breaking and award-winning stories. Lindsay has also defended a wide range of high-profile litigation both in the UK and internationally and provided regulatory advice to Associated Newspapers' many publications. 

Having spent over a decade advising the Mail titles, Lindsay has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by the media, journalists and their in-house lawyers.
