Mark Errington has been based in Singapore for more than 15 years. Mark's experience covers most major issues encountered by insurers and reinsurers across Asia during that time.
Mark specialises in insurance and reinsurance dispute resolution and advises across all commercial lines of business, with a particular focus on property/engineering, power generation, onshore and offshore energy losses, and associated business interruption claims. He focuses on operational, construction (CAR/EAR/DSU) and liability claims
Mark has significant arbitration experience (in Singapore and internationally) and regularly acts as coordinating counsel on subrogated recovery actions around the region, mainly arising out of power generation and commercial property losses.

Advising (re)insurers on commercial and industrial property losses and associated business interruption claims, including major fire and floods, natural catastrophes (2004 Asian Tsunami; 2010/11 New Zealand Earthquakes; 2011 Japanese Earthquake and 2011 Thai Floods) and typhoons and windstorms across Asia.
