Paul has experience acting for sub-contractors and contractors in a range of disputes and defending claims against construction professionals.
Paul has a strong understanding of the construction industry having previously worked in a major construction consultancy firm and having trained at a specialist construction firm. He has significant experience of acting in adjudications for both referring parties and respondents.
Paul also has a particular insight into insurance law having worked on several related projects whilst a Research Assistant at the Law Commission and as a principal researcher for Paul Reed QC's Construction Professional Indemnity Insurance.
