Phil practices in the IP & Technology team and acts on contentious and advisory matters, with a particular focus on commercial and technology-related disputes.
Phil is an experienced litigator who has acted for clients in a wide range of commercial disputes.
Phil has particular experience of advising clients in the technology and media sectors. He has acted on a range of matters including contractual, licensing and IT disputes, as well as actions relating to the misuse of confidential information. He has significant experience of acting in matters involving complex or emerging technologies.
He has experience of cases before the High Court and Court of Appeal, as well as multiple types of ADR including arbitrations, mediations and Early Neutral Evaluations. Phil also regularly provides clients with strategic advice relating to the resolution of disputes before formal proceedings have been started.
