Sarah Chiang

Associate

Sarah is a corporate lawyer whose primary focus lies in mergers and acquisitions.

She has experience in a diverse range of legal domains, including mergers and acquisitions, emerging companies, regulatory and fund formation work.

Sarah has assisted in a variety of corporate and commercial matters which include drafting corporate transactional documents, reviewing commercial contracts, coordinating legal due diligence and closing processes, as well as the preparation of legal opinions.

Sarah graduated from the University of Nottingham with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2018 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2021.

She is based in Singapore and practises out of Premier Law LLC.
