​Thanim Khan is a part of the insurance group and handles a wide variety of high value subrogated recovery files from a range of client insurers and insureds.

Thanim specialises in claims arising from property damage and subsequent business interruption. He deals with claims from inception (initial reports and prospects) through to conclusion, liaising with experts, insureds, loss adjusters and Counsel throughout the litigation process to ensure a swift and desirable outcome in each case.

In addition to recovery work, Thanim also has experience defending liability cases for a range of insurer clients.
