Associate

Tom is an Associate in the Construction team.

Tom is an Associate in the Construction team, having joined RPC in 2020 after completing his training at an international law firm. 

He has wide experience in advising insurers and insureds on complex policy coverage issues and defending claims against construction professionals, as well as in a range of alternative dispute resolution procedures, including mediations and adjudications.

Tom brings a broad range of experience, having practised as a corporate lawyer for a year post-qualification and, subsequently, having undertaken a secondment as Commercial & Regulatory Counsel in-house at a leading warranty and insurance provider.
