Alice Lacey is an Associate in the medical and life sciences team, having joined RPC in October 2022. Alice has extensive experience in defending medical malpractice claims, spanning a diverse range of medical disciplines and healthcare claims issues.
Alice acts for a number of medical malpractice and life science insurers, along with individual clinicians, hospitals, and clinics. She has specific expertise in defending high value spinal surgery and chiropractic treatment claims,; in addition to claims concerning aesthetic and cosmetic procedures.Alice also provides policy coverage advice to insurers and regularly delivers training and presentations to a variety of clients in the healthcare and insurance sectors.
