Ally specialises in geotechnical perils and predominantly structural subsidence damage to domestic and commercial property.
Ally manages subrogated recoveries, on behalf of a range of client insurers, arising from general property damage, but specialises in structural damage caused by subsidence. Where tree root subsidence instructions are concerned, Ally also manages claims mitigation on behalf of client insurers, efficiently reducing their initial outlay by securing Third Party vegetation management.Ally also deals with liability claims.
In each instance Ally manages claims from inception to conclusion, incorporating claims for damages suffered by clients' policyholders where applicable.
