Andrea heads the employment team in Hong Kong, where she acts for employers and employees across a wide range of industries including financial services, technology, retail, and professional services. She is recognised as one of a select few specialist employment law practitioners in Hong Kong who has extensive experience in both contentious disputes and advisory matters. Andrea speaks English and Cantonese.

“I advise on anything and everything that occurs in the workplace. That can range from day to day employment advisory work, to civil and criminal claims, regulatory investigations, white collar crime, competition law and data protection. 

Much of my work is international as well as multi-jurisdictional. Before returning to Hong Kong, I worked in the City of London for close to a decade. I'm qualified to practice both Hong Kong Law as well as the laws of England & Wales.
