Anthony Cutler is an Associate in the Professional & Financial Risks team. He specialises in defending professionals, mainly within the financial services sector, from professional negligence claims made against them.
Anthony handles claims on behalf of a variety of professionals and their professional indemnity (PI) insurers and provides advice on policy coverage arising from PI insurance.Before joining RPC, Anthony gained four years' litigation experience, predominantly in the fields of contract disputes, commercial litigation and professional negligence.
During his training contract, Anthony completed seats in dispute resolution, corporate law and personal injury.
