Specialising in corporate real estate, Bonnie has extensive experience in a wide range of transactions involving real estate.

Bonnie’s main area of practice includes property-related transactions which encompass direct and indirect real estate acquisitions and divestments, build-to-suit projects, real estate backed financing and leasing. She has advised multi-national corporations, public listed corporations, property funds, banks and statutory boards on major real estate transactions.

Bonnie graduated from King's College London. She is admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and practises out of Premier Law LLC.

Bonnie has been recognised as a Rising Star for Real Estate in Singapore in the Expert Guides – LMG Rising Stars and in the Asialaw Client Service Excellence 2020 award.

Bonnie's previous experience includes:

  • Advising Strides Holdings Ltd (a subsidiary of SMRT Corporation Ltd) in its joint venture with Premier Corporation Pte. Ltd. and BS Investors Pte Ltd involving the merger of SMRT’s Strides Taxis and Premier Corporation and BS Investors’ Premier Taxis and BIS Motoring businesses.
  • Acted for Singapore Turf Club in its grant of leases of premises to third party tenants.
  • Advising M+S Pte. Ltd. (a joint venture company between Khazanah Nasional Berhad and Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited) in its sale of the office and retail component in Duo, to Allianz Real Estate and Gaw Capital Partners for approximately S$1.6 billion and the hotel component in Duo, to Hoi Hup Realty for S$475 million.
  • Acted for GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. in connection with the development and lease of a purpose-built building at one-north business park, specifically for use by Grab and its various related entities and serving as Grab’s headquarters.
  • Acted for a multi-national client in connection with the development and lease of a build-to-suit facility for development, manufacturing, testing, research and development, storage, marketing and sales of certain electronic components and other ancillary uses.
