Charlotte is an Associate in RPC's Employment, Engagement and Equality practice. Charlotte advises clients with the full range of contentious and non-contentious transactional employment work.Charlotte specialises in employment litigation and cases before the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and High Court. She has an interest in discrimination law and is passionate about issues of diversity and inclusion.
Charlotte assists on the employment aspects of corporate and commercial transactions. This covers matters from negotiating contractual provisions to advising on business structures, TUPE and the collective information and consultation obligations.
Charlotte drafts, negotiates and advises on contracts of employment and directors’ service agreements. She is also experienced in advising on a wide range of HR matters, including contractual issues, employment policies and procedures and settlement agreements.
Charlotte is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
