Charlotte Reid is an experienced litigator.

She regularly advises on corporate change programmes, including acquisitions, disposals and outsourcing.  Charlotte focusses in particular on the insurance markets. Clients include insurers, managing agents, underwriters and brokers. She acts for companies from FTSE 100s to entrepreneurial start-ups. 

Charlotte has contributed a chapter to "Tolleys Employment Law" and to "Transfer of Undertakings".  She is a member of ELA and has a particular interest in discrimination issues.
