Chris advises clients on strategic corporate matters and transactions both in the UK and internationally. He specialises in private mergers and acquisitions, private equity and investment work. Chris typically acts for private companies, private equity firms, individuals selling businesses, and portfolio companies of private equity firms. He has over twenty years’ experience as a corporate lawyer, and his practice covers multiple industries including financial services, insurance, and technology. He is a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

“I have a broad practice, working in a range of sectors - but most of my work is acting for or acquiring FCA regulated businesses in insurance or wider financial services. Most of my work has an international element. The most common area is Scandinavia, particularly Sweden.
