Chris specialises in cyber incident response and technology disputes.

Chris is a member of RPC's award-winning breach response team, regularly advising a wide range of businesses in response to data breaches and other cyber incidents.  Chris's work includes co-ordinating and liaising with technical, forensic and PR experts, advising on notification obligations to regulators (including the ICO) and data subjects as required under the GDPR, and defending claims arising out of data breaches.

Chris also has considerable technology disputes experience, including defending technology-related claims.  Chris also regularly advises insurers in respect of tech and cyber coverage issues.
