Senior Associate
Claire is a Senior Associate in RPC's Real Estate and Construction team, advising developer, investor, landlord and tenant clients on construction, engineering, energy and infrastructure projects.
Claire advises clients on the procurement of their development projects through to entering into contracts and administering the contracts during the course of the project. She often supports clients on delivering projects as part of joint ventures and through development or development management agreements.
Claire has experience working with the full range of construction documentation (including the industry standard forms of contract) and procurement options, from traditional to design and build to construction management. She also has a wealth of experience advising on early contractor involvement.

- Significant refurbishment projects at The Strand, in Canary Wharf and in the City of London.
- Multiple private rental schemes across the UK for well-known investment bank expanding into the residential market.
- Forward funding and subsequent refinancing of the development of three UK logistics warehouses connected by an infrastructure network.
- EPC contracts for Global financial services group's solar photovoltaic power facilities located in Italy and in the UK.
