Ela Broderick-Basar

Ela is an Associate in the Commercial, Technology & Outsourcing team.
Ela advises clients across a range of commercial, outsourcing, technology, data protection, advertising and marketing issues.
Ela also holds in-house commercial experience, which she gained during her time on secondment at Aviva. Whilst at Aviva, Ela supported on a range of corporate, commercial and insurance matters. Prior to commencing her training contract at RPC, Ela was also the commercial paralegal for an in-house legal team which consisted of assisting in a wide range of real estate and commercial contract matters.
Ela Broderick-Basar studied Law with American Law at the University of East Anglia, spending a year at the Cumberland School of Law, Alabama. Following this, Ela studied the LPC at the University of Law, achieving a distinction.
Relevant work
- Prior to joining RPC in 2019, Ela worked for three years as an in-house paralegal at the designer outlet management company, McArthurGlen. During this time, Ela's main role consisted of assisting in real estate and commercial contract matters.
