Senior Editor Employment & Equality

Ellie is a senior editor in the employment, engagement and equality team.

Her role is to assist the team in producing content and thought leadership pieces, as well as training materials for client workshops, on the whole spectrum of employment law, including DEIB.

She also hosts The Work Couch, the team's newly launched podcast where she talks to the team's lawyers and other guests about how businesses can navigate today's tricky people challenges to create tomorrow's thriving and sustainable workplaces.

Ellie is a qualified employment lawyer and, before joining RPC in 2022, worked at XpertHR for just under 12 years as a senior employment law editor.
