Acting for an auditor in a high-value dispute with the liquidators of a client company, in relation to an allegation of audit negligence in connection with an allegedly impermissible revenue recognition policy.

Acting for an independent financial advisor in relation to complex, multi-party High Court litigation concerning the establishment of pension schemes and the purchase of a freehold property.

Acting for professional indemnity insurers in relation to a claim brought against them under the Third Parties (Rights Against Insurers) Act 2010, in connection with an underlying claim against an insolvent financial advice firm.
