Georgina Haynes

Senior Associate

Georgina is a Senior Associate in the Construction and Wordings teams.

She specialises in defending claims against a range of construction professionals including:

• Architects
• Engineers
• Surveyors
• Real estate agents
• Contractors

Georgina also advises on professional negligence claims brought against solicitors.

Georgina has experience of advising insurers in relation to policy coverage issues and assists insurers on policy wording projects, as well as supporting through a 'business as usual' facility in relation to endorsements, bespoke agreements and insurance advice. 

Before joining RPC, Georgina gained several years' experience dealing with contract and property disputes on behalf of lay clients and insurer clients for both Claimants and Defendants.
