Gill O'Regan advises clients on a broad range of commercial disputes across a variety of sectors.
Gill acts on complex and high value financial and commercial litigation, often involving multiple jurisdictions. She has particular experience advising on fraud, misrepresentation and antitrust disputes, as well as experience advising in relation to bribery and corruption issues and a broad range of regulatory investigations.Gill regularly authors articles published by the International Law Office. She has a keen interest in inclusion and diversity and is a member of both RPC's Ethnicity Workstream and its Mental Health Workstream. Gill recently co-authored a chapter in a book published by the Centre for Legal Leadership in collaboration with Globe Law and Business, 'Diversity and Inclusion in the Legal Profession'.
