Heidi Ng

Associate

Heidi is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial team.

She handles a broad range of corporate and commercial work, including general commercial matters, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and group reorganisation projects across a number of sectors, such as retail and insurance.

Her experience includes working on transaction-related due diligence, drafting commercial and transaction agreements and reviewing internal policies and controls. She also advises on a range of commercial and insurance regulatory matters from time to time, including reviewing commercial agreements involving reinsurers, life and non-life insurers and brokers, as well as providing legal opinion and guidance on insurance regulatory matters.

Heidi joined RPC as a trainee in 2020. She studied Law (LLB) at the University of Exeter before completing her Master of Laws (LLM) at the London School of Economics and Political Science and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) at City University of Hong Kong.

Heidi is qualified in Hong Kong. She speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
