James Lee

Associate

James is an Associate in the Commercial Disputes practice in Hong Kong, with a focus on professional and financial risks.

He has experience defending professionals, including solicitors, auditors and securities brokers, against high-value civil claims and regulatory/disciplinary investigations.

James also has experience advising insurers on coverage disputes, and acts for both claimants and respondents in arbitral proceedings.

James joined RPC as a trainee solicitor in 2019, and is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
