Janice is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team.

Janice is dual-qualified in England & Wales and Hong Kong, which enables her to provide clients with practical and insightful advice. Clients benefit from her market knowledge and commercial experience in cross-border matters involving Hong Kong, mainland China and other English-speaking jurisdictions. Janice is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team of RPC. Prior to joining RPC, Janice worked in one of the largest and well-established Chinese law firms in Hong Kong for over six years. 

Janice has solid experience of serving clients from Hong Kong and mainland China, ranging from state-owned enterprises to listed companies, in the corporate and commercial field. She focuses on the capital markets advising clients on the full spectrum of their fund raising and transactional needs. She has worked on a wide variety of corporate transactions, including IPOs, M&A, regulatory compliance, and corporate finance. She also has considerable experience handling matters involving cornerstone investments, restructurings, joint ventures, and commercial agreements.

Janice speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
