Jemima is an Associate in the Corporate team.
Jemima has assisted in a broad range of commercial work, including regulatory compliance, joint ventures and global licensing strategies for cryptocurrency, with a strong focus on domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions.
She has assisted with advising both buy-side and sell-side mandates across various industries including energy and resources, sustainable retail start-ups, as well as healthcare.

Jemima's previous experience includes:
- Assisting in the advisory of Strides Holdings Ltd (a subsidiary of SMRT Corporation Ltd) in its joint venture with Premier Corporation Pte. Ltd. and BS Investors Pte Ltd involving the merger of SMRT’s Strides Taxis and Premier Corporation and BS Investors’ Premier Taxis and BIS Motoring businesses.
- Assisting in the advisory of Lymon Pte Ltd and its founders in the sale of its regulatory compliance business to IQ-EQ (an Astorg portfolio) to form one of the largest regulatory compliance providers in the region.
- Assisting in the advisory of Durapower Holdings Pte Ltd, a Singapore based EV battery solutions provider in its equity fund raising from Banpu NEXT (a subsidiary of Thailand listed Banpu Public Company Limited).
