Jennifer is a commercial disputes lawyer in RPC’s Hong Kong office, working on a broad range of contentious matters, including defending claims against professionals.

She has experience in handling various stages of litigation, such as applying for urgent interim relief on behalf of clients, managing large-scale discovery exercises and advising on matters concerning legal professional privilege.

She advises professional service firms and insurers in professional indemnity and civil claims, as well as assisting with regulatory investigations and disciplinary proceedings.

She joined RPC as a trainee solicitor in 2018 and was seconded to the London office for six months, where she sat with the Corporate and Business Crime team within the wider Commercial Disputes Group.

Jennifer is qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong, and is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
